Everything was good. Just the wait time to check-in and out was longer than expected.Thank you for all your hard work. I really appreciate it.My car was done and just sitting there, but had to wait another 25 mins, just for paper work to be printed and handed to the receptionist.Had to wait at least 20 mins before my car was checked in. My appointment was at 7:30am

I had made an appointment for a Friday. On the day before, I received an email saying it was cancelled. So I had to set another appointment for the same day.I was told I needed to have my belt replaced and have the transmission serviced. The price on the transmission service was MUCH more than I had expected. My previous Mitsubishi did not need the $900.00 service at that mileage.Although the car was parked in the back 40 to get to.No scheduling asked for.Check in was alright. Although I have been coming to Bell Road Mitsubishi for many years, the gentleman checking me in said I was not in their system. I was concerned about that.Not sure about the pricing on a service I am thinking about gettingStill not sure about the advisor. It took a long time to build a relationship with the last advisor, but now he is gone and I'm not sure about new ones.
