They were having computer issues at checkout but found a work around.Work was done quickly and professionally. I trust what was done is what was needed

Had headlights on auto. When I drove that evening I was expecting them to come on. Had to pull over so I could see to turn them back to auto.Please bring back the checklist reportQuick and efficient service, but I miss the checklist that showed what all the technician checked and the status (such as brake wear, tire wear, etc.) Glad you ended the extra fee for using credit card.

Depend heavily on the dealership for service of my vehicle.Live in Buckeye Arizona morning drive from my home to dealership is high volume traffic. Takes over an hour on average, this day took 1.5 hours traffic omni-10 was extremely slow as is usual. Always take my car to the dealership for multiple items of service or recalls, yet the time and distance impacts an entire morning and so not always able to do that.Was 10 minutes early for 9am appointment. Waited outside at receptionist directions. Not the most pleasant experience considering the heat. Bust day was 4th in line I guess could have been handled quicker?Excellent service experience, was in and out in under 2 hours. Everything taken care of. Oil & filter, new wipers, trie rotation. Very pleased with the entire staff.
