Depend heavily on the dealership for service of my vehicle.Live in Buckeye Arizona morning drive from my home to dealership is high volume traffic. Takes over an hour on average, this day took 1.5 hours traffic omni-10 was extremely slow as is usual. Always take my car to the dealership for multiple items of service or recalls, yet the time and distance impacts an entire morning and so not always able to do that.Was 10 minutes early for 9am appointment. Waited outside at receptionist directions. Not the most pleasant experience considering the heat. Bust day was 4th in line I guess could have been handled quicker?Excellent service experience, was in and out in under 2 hours. Everything taken care of. Oil & filter, new wipers, trie rotation. Very pleased with the entire staff.

John Bundy did a fantastic job of finding g the right updates for it and I am very happy with the results. Thank you John.This time they actually got to the problem. At least for now. It's holding the settings, doesn't go out of sync anymore when I do wrong things to it and its running good. It finally got the right updates. Thank you!!!

Despite the numerous management changes over the years the staff of the service department continues to provide good customer service. Ric B. Is a fantastic addition to this service department and he always listens, smiles, is welcoming, and makes you feel like a valued customer. We come from Marana and he always takes great care of us.
