Yes I asked for the doors to be fixed before moving in and it wasn’t done. Half of the outlets don’t work and the dishwasher has mold and mildew inside of it

I think communication with the tenants would be helpful. Even if the request can't be tended to at the moment at least telling the tenant a projected timeline or some kind of status will reduce frustration towards the maintaining

When doing a job it should be completed not left undone.

I can’t get a hold of someone at the office unless I show up in person

I need these things fixed before next week please before housing comes to do inspection.
