I am pleased with the work that was done. The maintenance team was awesome. They were very responsive and helpful. The job was completed. Great team work!

Demand that the maintenance staff do their job properly. It seems they only want to do the easiest jobs and not the most difficult ones. Personally, in my apartment, to replace a water heater, I had to wait about three weeks and call more than six times.

Nicole and Melissa are amazing.Melissa was VERY professional and answered all my questions and performed an outstanding tour!I feel great knowing we have great staff in our home office.

The maintenance man that came out was very nice & explain what he did & fixed it in know time. I would like for him to come fix some other stuff. He also left some tool here.
