I sincerely wish there were a way for maintenance to contact the tenants about good times for the service. It very inconvenient because I’m at work from 1-11 and they won’t come in with my 16 year old daughter here alone. I understand. But, if there were contact attempts and time confirmation before hand i think it would make it much easier, on the tenant and the service technician. Thanks

Move in Process was at Nov 15th then the end of Nov. Ended up being Dec 6. Told I could get keys at 5pm didnt gwt them till 7:30 pm

The element in my oven does not turn bright red. The oven takes too long to heat up. The sink faucet in the kitchen was fix , the bathroom sink was fix.

The help we’ve had in a long time the secretary was very great and the process was very smooth
