Nicole and Melissa are amazing.Melissa was VERY professional and answered all my questions and performed an outstanding tour!I feel great knowing we have great staff in our home office.

The maintenance man that came out was very nice & explain what he did & fixed it in know time. I would like for him to come fix some other stuff. He also left some tool here.

I sincerely wish there were a way for maintenance to contact the tenants about good times for the service. It very inconvenient because I’m at work from 1-11 and they won’t come in with my 16 year old daughter here alone. I understand. But, if there were contact attempts and time confirmation before hand i think it would make it much easier, on the tenant and the service technician. Thanks
