And I don’t know how all the 10 tenants that stand here but I haven’t seen no improvement since I’ve been here and that’s been February 6 so with the price of the rent and the pool has not even been fixed for us to enjoy the pool I don’t think our rent should be so high

Bella Vista's service and management are terrible. They take too long to resolve any problem, and they don't fix it completely; they're always making excuses. They don't work Saturdays as they should.

I had problems with getting me a place to live and I came to this place and they said that they will work with me and get me a apartment. But I have to get my voucher moved to Gastonia and I'm doing that now thank you
