Giving the more notice before coming by email or phone would help

I never received a response and when I went to the office in person no one was there and the door locked at 11am on 4/18/2024

I was super excited at first to rent from you guys, Lizabeth was wonderful and very helpful, but my experience was just terrible I make 3500$ and has a co-applicant whi make atleast another 2000$ a month and was denied because of my credit which is so ridiculous I just don't get how that was the deciding factor its just crazy how impossible yall make it to rent a place.
