Six outlets stopped working, and it took over a day to be fixed, which was very inconvenient. When issues like this occur, they should be addressed immediately. For an apartment of this level, the service is not sufficient. Please consider improving response times and having staff available for maintenance on weekends as well.Thank you.

I’m very sure maintenance showed up but I’m not positive that the filter has been replaced because the fridge filter light is still on. Maybe he forgot to reset it. Overall, he announced himself as he entered, I gave him a warm welcome and stayed out of his way. He was very friendly and work was done in minutes. It’s always a good experience when interacting with Maintenance.
