Another mirror on the opposing side of the existing one at the Bonnie brae garage please, traffic is picking up on that street and cars double park on the street making it difficult to safely turn out. In addition the merchants from the bakery/restaurant across the street block the garage often in the morning.Guest parking needs a revamp, it’s unacceptable to have 3 designated spots for a complex this large. Even if you have to pay for a spot for a day or hours in retail as there is no current retailer, that would be a better option than current. The reality is that this is not the best or safest neighborhood so telling a guest with a nice car to park on the street is tone deaf.I would love the gym to have a stair master, the climber machine is just not the same.I feel like there weren’t as many community events this year as there was my first year living here, kind of a bummer.

Overall good experience. I would prefer if maintenance staff took off their shoes or wore shoe coverings, but other than that, I am satisfied.

I would really appreciate a stair master/stair master in the gym and looser restrictions of the amenities. The first is simply because if I am paying for amenities I do not want to pay for a gym membership when my rent increases every year or so. The latter because many of us work a lot during the day and aren’t able to fully enjoy them in the evenings. I feel like if people respect the quiet hours enforced by security, it shouldn’t be such a problem to use the amenities after 10 pm.

Nick and Mike do such an amazing job with maintenance throughout the whole building always happy to have them around and always confident to go talk to them if we need anything.Nick is the one that took care of this request and he was very attentive and involved in making sure that it was taken care of appreciate him a lot

Six outlets stopped working, and it took over a day to be fixed, which was very inconvenient. When issues like this occur, they should be addressed immediately. For an apartment of this level, the service is not sufficient. Please consider improving response times and having staff available for maintenance on weekends as well.Thank you.
