Noise level is unacceptable and the management doesn't have any solutions for that. I can smell smoking everyday and party noise every day. I hope this apartment gone forever.

- Add more guest parking spots (we have a whole lot open)- Allow more than 2 guests per unit. It creates community.- When rent is late send an email instead of posting on the door publicly for all to see.- For the gym: Add a leg extension machine and smith machine. This will make the gym top tier.

Excellent Job! The maintenance staff is amazing. Every time I have put in a service request, they are so quick to respond and have always resolved my issues quickly.

This is an overall rating of the experience I had, I love the maintenance guys but the first time they came to fix the dryer they left my place and there was a small gas leak, this could be extremely dangerous and I had been airing out my house due to the move so I didn’t notice because the leak was very light but when I did I put in an emergency request, it was very late at night and I was up almost all night with all my doors and windows open thinking theyd come then as it was an emergency but they didn’t, luckily you couldn’t smell the gas since it was such a small leak with the door and windows open and they came immediately in the morning but that could have been extremely dangerous. They handled it quick but Then they left and it was extremely obvious that the door wouldn’t close when I finally walked over and took a look. It took them three different times to come to fix it. I noticed that when closing it the door felt tight against the washer but since it stayed closed I was okay with it because it was hard to watch them trying to move that washer as I had tried and it was extremely heavy but then when you’d turn the dryer on it would pop open and I had to ask them to come back. That’s partially my fault as I should have spoken up but again I felt awful seeing them struggle and figured they’d have better ways of maintaining these requests since every unit has washers and dryers but I guess they didn’t.That’s honestly minor my biggest concern was the gas as that could be an extremely big issue for any future residents and I figured I should say something.

Overall I’d say this was one of my favorite and most well run apartments I’ve ever lived in. The staff and overall cleanliness and quality was unmatched. My biggest complaint which I’m sure has been with others is the lack of guest parking and nearby parking for guests in the area. Haveing significantly little guest parking and forcing my guests to park roughly half a mile to a mile away is my main reason for moving. It’s something I felt could have been worked on more with the available space in the lower garage. I understand the team can only do so much, but when the lower lot was closed to guests it became a huge hassle and made it very inconvenient. Hopefully it’s something that could be addressed in the future.

The maintenance man on Caesar’s team is extremely weird. The short skinny one, he one time walked into our apartment while we were there I’m assuming it was a mistake but ever since then he would make passive comments and he was extremely rude. He made the experience somewhat unenjoyable, awkward and uncomfortable. Everyone one else was amazing
