The maintenance team here at Belle on Bev is the best! Every time I’m just amazed at how fast they respond and resolve issues. Big big thanks to Michael for being so awesome and fixing my dishwasher!

Freezer could be bigger, gym is great and have been seeing improvements on adding mats in the bench area but would recommend getting something larger as the small parts tend to slip out of place (hazard), more grill tools so we don’t have to share it across other grills and find where they are, fridges in grill areas to function better (the one at pizza oven couldn’t go lower than a certain temp), improved method of getting mail code

One thing about the phone key. I’ve forgotten my phone inside the apartment a couple times during after hours and I didn’t remember my passcode. I couldn’t get a hold of anyone to be able to help me get into my apartment and I got locked out for hours until someone lend me their phone and I was able to log into my latch and let myself in. If there’s a way to solve this issue it’ll be nicer.

Noise level is unacceptable and the management doesn't have any solutions for that. I can smell smoking everyday and party noise every day. I hope this apartment gone forever.

- Add more guest parking spots (we have a whole lot open)- Allow more than 2 guests per unit. It creates community.- When rent is late send an email instead of posting on the door publicly for all to see.- For the gym: Add a leg extension machine and smith machine. This will make the gym top tier.
