Mr. Manitance person was very though , explaned services & stated the unit fans were turning in the correct way so the warm air will move towards the floor.

It’s an attractive apartment community. But I smoke and am ineligible for rental residency. Too bad. For me.

No service has been done, the problem still remains.

I cannot make the move for some time (late fall most likely), but I will be in continuous touch with Sierra regarding available units, as I intend to lease as soon as I can (still well within my current lease at my current apartment). High marks for both the property and Sierra.

I stopped in while in town, and was seen right away. Very welcoming!
