The repair was made correctly, but it did take over a week between request and repair.

Kendra immediately put me at ease during our phone conversation. She answered all my questions and promised to follow up with me in a couple of weeks when she had a better idea of which apartments would be available starting at the time I am thinking about moving in. She also offered to provide a tour of the facility and currently available units. If I needed to choose two words to sum up our conversation they would be informative and welcoming.

- Staying on top of actually keeping the grounds up. That extra $50 doesn't seem to be going to good use. - Keeping a cleaner environment (buildings, halls, floors, walls, doors, windows, as well as the grounds) the walls doors and windows in this place are absolutely disgusting. - Fixing the doors so they actually lock as they are supposed to (this has been broken for at least a year and a half to 2 years) - Spraying the grounds for bugs on a regular basis including the parking lots. - Putting into place some type of parking requirements. (tenants that have more than one vehicle like work vehicles and personal) work vehicles should not take up spaces closest to the building and sit days to a week without being moved. There are people that need them; elderly etc. that can't get around well. - Just do better in general!!!!!!
