Alex is super nice and polite. Excellent professionalism. He said he’ll come back to get us the bracket needed to keep the DW in place. That’s the kind of above and beyond people appreciate. He saw something wrong and decided to fix it.

We are still experiencing high heat’s in the apartment. It is unbearable to sleep in and the air conditioning needs to be fixed as soon as possible. Please send someone back out.

The only thing that I didn't agree with is that my apartment had dust and debris on my furniture and floor

The repair was made correctly, but it did take over a week between request and repair.

Kendra immediately put me at ease during our phone conversation. She answered all my questions and promised to follow up with me in a couple of weeks when she had a better idea of which apartments would be available starting at the time I am thinking about moving in. She also offered to provide a tour of the facility and currently available units. If I needed to choose two words to sum up our conversation they would be informative and welcoming.
