Your after hours telephone number on the residents' portal is incorrect which left me in a panic at 7pm with flooding waters in my apartment and in the hallway. I believe it is a typo 919-948-4863 goes to a Verizon message that the call cannot be completed as dialed. Fortunately, I was resourceful enough to go back to the home page and dial the general number and go through the prompts to get connected to Michael who responded immediately, repaired the leak, and cleaned up the water with a wet-vac and dehumidifier. He was great! Your website access. Not so much. I reported this the following day and nothing has been done about it.

Michael did a great job fixing the plumbing issue in my apartment!

The process was as smooth and straightforward in every respect.

Why all the design flaw in the heating system is a problem in the coldest and the hottest months of the year, however, Michael, the maintenance manager was very conscientious, and without being asked, brought us a space heater on the roof to take a look at the hvac problem (It’s covered in snow).

Michael has been extremely responsive in taking care of any repairs we have needed.
