I love bellevue mill and have lived there twice, I will share the apartments including mine are very loud, perhaps it is lack of insulation thank you again for a wonderful experience

I went in on Monday at 4:15 and they had a very nice assistant working who is unable to tour me, but was able to set me up for a 9 AM tour on Wednesday. She did tell me normally we don’t do this, but she will send a message and it should not be an issue.. She seemed great When I showed up on Wednesday, nobody was there. I called right away and left a message and did not hear back to later on that day. I do work Monday through Friday from 9 to 5 and I am able to go in late or to leave early. However I was informed that tours only happen between 10 and four. The pictures looked great. I received over emails and I have tore their years ago, but without the ability to see the apartment, I will not be moving forward until I could see it for myself.

Michael was fast and efficient; very polite and helped me with an issue that I had not put in the request! I am a VERY satisfied resident of Bellevue Mill!

I have asked repeatedly for the smoking at the residence next to mine to stop. It has not, and permeates the wall into each room of my apartment.

There was no clear direction given on moving in. I had to ask over multiple phone calls if I had to book a time, when I could get keys, if there were hand carts available, could the movers park just outside the back door, what to do with empty boxes, how garbage was removed, what the garbage schedule was, whether the outside doors locked at any certain hours and if there was an access code (since there are key code buttons installed on them), how packages are delivered, etc. It would be great if you had some sort of helpful move in document.
