Michael is a conscientious guy who gets things done.

I was in my apartment during the time that it said my service request was completed. No one showed up at my apartment. There was no way that anything was done because this was something that would have to be taken care of in my apartment. All the individual must have done was check a box saying it was completed. No action was ever taken.

Myself and Merilyn would like to have more lighting in my apartment added but my understanding from the maintenance worker is that it is not possible to add any more lighting unless I do it myself.

Mike did a very minor job replacing an air filter, The job was done well.

The trash situation in the back is becoming unbearable. We either need a 2nd dumpster to accommodate the higher occupancy, or they need to come more than twice a week. Also, we need to remedy the used car parking lot at the bottom of the back lot. It really is disconcerting and dangerous to children.

Management seems non-existent and talking to my neighbors they are having the same issue. We thought it was funny that the doors are broken for years and then when the maintenance man moves in the door by his apt. is fixed immediately, but the other one is still broken. Bellevue is getting fines from the fire department and yet management isn't enforcing rules to prevent it happening again. They are by far the worse management company has had since Bellevue opened. Non-existent!

Kendra did a very professional tour and I really did enjoy my Bellevue Apartment tour. As I am still browsing through apartment options there are a few things that I wish were different. Bellevue being a historic mill, I think the apartment complex does a very good job with its preservation. Other than possibly keeping the landscape up to date, I only had one true complaint. I was unable to see the apartment I would be moving into in person and throughout the hallways of the apartments keeping in mind this historic outlook, I wish the apartment complex kept the historic aesthetic throughout the hallways.
