Kendra did a very professional tour and I really did enjoy my Bellevue Apartment tour. As I am still browsing through apartment options there are a few things that I wish were different. Bellevue being a historic mill, I think the apartment complex does a very good job with its preservation. Other than possibly keeping the landscape up to date, I only had one true complaint. I was unable to see the apartment I would be moving into in person and throughout the hallways of the apartments keeping in mind this historic outlook, I wish the apartment complex kept the historic aesthetic throughout the hallways.

Kendra, was helpful in providing options and finding something that would fit our needs. She gave enough space so I could tour on my own.What made it hard to make a decision about moving in was floor plans for upcoming apartments were not available. Also not being open on Saturday made touring options hard for a full time m-f person

Kendra was wonderful … wish there was a unit to see… she did send a video but would prefer to see a unit…. Absolutely will consider Bellevue Mill for our future need!

Replying back in a timely manner and not ignoring would be really appreciated. My questions or concerns were simple and easily addressed. Other tenants are having the same issues. Also, it would really be best to have on sight maintenance where that is their main job. There are so many things broken around the building that seem like they'd be easily fixed. Please also remove the ladders from the hallways. This isn't Zack's personal shed where he can just store whatever he wants because he doesn't want to move it anywhere. I'm too embarrassed to have family come visit.Thank you!

I’m not sure whether you want my initial experience 2+ years ago or this current experience? Two years ago, it was horrible. This time (now), it has been much improved in terms of follow-up and response time. I loved my time at Bellevue and very much would like to return as soon as reasonable.
