The online experience wasn't great because I couldn't find pictures of the actual units available, which would have been nice. The in person experience with Mary was great! She has been communicative in follow-up and email, and went out of her way to be accommodating and patient when looking at many units.The company I work for overlaps with many property management companies, and Mary is one of the most thoughtful and considerate leasing reps I've come across! Keep her.

The only thing i can think of is if residents would stop smoking tobacco and pot in the units.
