I’m not sure whether you want my initial experience 2+ years ago or this current experience? Two years ago, it was horrible. This time (now), it has been much improved in terms of follow-up and response time. I loved my time at Bellevue and very much would like to return as soon as reasonable.

My friend toured a 2 bedroom for me.When I called you only had 1 one bedroom available this monthAnd 2 two bedrooms in MayI need to have a more secure availability option.They mentioned after I picked an apartment I'd need to move in within 2 weeksHard to do when you're out of state.

The online experience wasn't great because I couldn't find pictures of the actual units available, which would have been nice. The in person experience with Mary was great! She has been communicative in follow-up and email, and went out of her way to be accommodating and patient when looking at many units.The company I work for overlaps with many property management companies, and Mary is one of the most thoughtful and considerate leasing reps I've come across! Keep her.
