I gave that rating because of the area- unsafe, ghettofantabulous. Also, the experiences I had there. I had an upstairs neighbor from hell. She was extremely disrespectful, inconsiderate. She'd stomp all day and night, blame it on her toddler. Her Baby Daddy hit & ran my car on 10/10/23. In December 2023, my car was broken into while parked in my assigned stall. The damage was over $3000.00. Fortunately, I keep full coverage on my vehicle. The previous upstairs tenant lied on my son & I out of retaliation. Because he had a guest that was there that decided 4am he wanted to urinate outside on the landing above me. This was unheard of, disgusting, unhealthy, plain nasty. Therefore, urine was all by my front door, side of the building, walkway. I had to clean that up , wash it down with bleach and detergent. And I reported it to the office/management.

Lack of communication, lack of security, vandalism, Unsafe, visible property damage, death in home, apartment fire, homophobia, mice infestation, cockroach infestation, stray dogs & cats, feces all over the property, laundry units unattainable or damaged, homeless hanging around broken laundry units, litter and trash all over property, inconsiderable maintenance, impolite/disrespectful staff.

Mangers and employees are rude and don't have people skills I lived there it was my home for 12 years no respect for people

For one the roaches had to go for me it was too much of a hassle and a reoccurring issue for me due to the fact that I already have a phobia with bugs. 2 I felt like this apartment complex was very hungry for my money and my apartment was never remodeled before I came through my very own door. The workers and the landlord needs to work on their compassion communication skills or have some type of understanding when it comes to partial payments, especially if this is a “LOW INCOME APARTMENT”.😂 lol don’t say that Belmont has low income apartments and you’re charging nearly 1700 or so for rent and then lock your account because you don’t have your full balance at the time rent is due. That is insane to me in my opinion.

I lived in Belmont 13 years. I raised my son there and that should say enough.

I was charged for deep cleaning when I had already cleaned it did a walk though with the Manger and he state everything was good . It's manatory that Belmont have to deep clean were units going though a pandemic . I lived in this complex for 20 years lived in Apt. 122 ,Apt 90 and apt. 216
