These apartments has roaches and mice. The apartment structure was also not built correctly so it’s a lot of cracks and holes in the cabinets and floors. The floors also isn’t real wood. Since the structure was built poorly it doesn’t matter how many times pest control comes out to your unit; the roaches will still come inside of your unit through the walls. My second year of living here I had a mice problem, it’s situated now though. Although I may add the neighbors are very friendly and just this area is pretty nice.

This place has a bad infestation

I gave that rating because of the area- unsafe, ghettofantabulous. Also, the experiences I had there. I had an upstairs neighbor from hell. She was extremely disrespectful, inconsiderate. She'd stomp all day and night, blame it on her toddler. HerBaby Daddy hit & ran my car on 10/10/23. In December 2023, my car was broken into while parked in my assigned stall. The damage was over $3000.00. Fortunately, I keep full coverage on my vehicle. The previous upstairs tenant lied on my son & I out of retaliation. Because he had a guest that was there that decided 4am he wanted to urinate outside on the landing above me. This was unheard of, disgusting, unhealthy, plain nasty. Therefore, urine was all by my front door, side of the building, walkway. I had to clean that up , wash it down withbleach and detergent. And I reported it to the office/management.

Lack of communication, lack of security, vandalism, Unsafe, visible property damage, death in home, apartment fire, homophobia, mice infestation, cockroach infestation, stray dogs & cats, feces all over the property, laundry units unattainable or damaged, homeless hanging around broken laundry units, litter and trash all over property, inconsiderable maintenance, impolite/disrespectful staff.
