I've been here for 10 years now new carpet or painting in certain rooms of the apt. I think every apt should have an evaluation and up grades should be done. The prices goes up so upgrade should too.

I have been living here in the apartment for 10 years now. I feel that each apt. should be evaluated to get new paint and new carpet,if need.

These apartments has roaches and mice. The apartment structure was also not built correctly so it’s a lot of cracks and holes in the cabinets and floors. The floors also isn’t real wood. Since the structure was built poorly it doesn’t matter how many times pest control comes out to your unit; the roaches will still come inside of your unit through the walls. My second year of living here I had a mice problem, it’s situated now though. Although I may add the neighbors are very friendly and just this area is pretty nice.

This place has a bad infestation
