The office and maintenance team, always get everything done right away. And also this apartment complex is close to Winco. My favorite grocery store. And also close to the Police Station. Sense of security. And the apartment doesn't get hot during summer. Rarely use the AC. Saves us money from electric bill.

that many times the green areas are always dirty and they don't have control over the people who live here. There are parking lots that are occupied by vehicles that are not from here or by people who are not from here. SUGGESTION: they should offer stickers for the people who do live here for our vehicles since many times there is nowhere to park. Thank you very much.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to live at these apartments. There's no type of maintenance outside or inside of the apartments they look so dirty and the laundry rooms are always filthy . The management here sucks.

For residents that have lived here for over 5 years should get some kind of discount or freebies for residents that pay rent on time. Also remove speed bumps or at least lower the speed bumps it could mess up cars. Re-open pool in the back, greener grass and more better landscaping

The property let the resident know information at the last minute, then when information is told and your not able to pay the actual amount, corporate wants the property manager to evict, which is not fair whatsoever, unprofessional, I’ve been here for years now , never really ran into this problem, not sure how long I’m going to be here, time will tell

The tour was great and I was very satisfied with coming to visit
