The scheduling process was awful. Twice my appt was cancelled because someone in the business office did not see the information that had been provided.

I waited over an hour for a five minute appointment.

I was scheduled to be seen at 8:30 am, i got at the builduing at 8:00 am and received a call that my appointment was cancelled. i was upset because i was already in the builduing but they said nobody can see me.. for some reason there was a mistake in my booking. i was provided with another schedule that day later in the afternoon. Dr. Solomon took care of me and answered all my questions regarding my pregnancy, made my not very pleasant start of the day better. Thank You!

I completely understand and respect COVID protocols however it would be really beneficial to allow for an additional support person for a six week postpartum follow up. I am exclusively breastfeeding and can't leave my newborn daughter at home. My husband had to sit in the car with her while I went in for my appointment. As a result, we had to change her diaper and breastfeed her in the car.
