I completely understand and respect COVID protocols however it would be really beneficial to allow for an additional support person for a six week postpartum follow up. I am exclusively breastfeeding and can't leave my newborn daughter at home. My husband had to sit in the car with her while I went in for my appointment. As a result, we had to change her diaper and breastfeed her in the car.

my appt was at 1115 but didn't get to see assistant until almost 10 mins after and the doctor until after 1130. maybe be more prompt as I got there at 1105 to give enough time to check it. if they couldn't see me till later then don't make an appt for 1115

Direct to use My Chart. This system is horrible and support is non existent. I cannot get access to my account and there is no response or assistance via emails or telephone.

absolutely love doctor solomon...i have a very complex medical history and he is very thourough. staff always 150% care
