Pasadena office is absolutely a mess. I had a appointment for 2 and they called me at 1:55 while I was in the parking lot to tell me the provider I was supposed to see ,Dr Gill was stuck in surgery and couldn't see me today... they proceeded to tell me I had to reschedule and I said but I'm in the parking lot already and she said I know sorry .. I understand things happen but a phone call should have happened sooner than 5 minutes into the appt mind you I had to get a baby sitter in the middle of a pandemic for my 2 month old son!!!!! she offered me a later appt in gambrills with Dr Solomon who was excellent

The receptionist, Amber, was extremely rude, and as a first time patient, I should have taken that as a sign and left. I was 10 minutes late to my appointment because the email I received back in July wasn't clear about the building I needed to be in, and no one called to confirm my appointment so I could ask. When I tried to call, it was always after hours. Amber had nothing to say to me when I checked in & then answered the phone while clicking on the computer (while there were 3 other receptions there not doing anything) and refused to even really make eye contact with me. The woman who took my vitals and asked new patients questions was very nice and I thought Dr. Solomon came across as being arrogant and a pill pusher. He had no interest in listening to what I had to say, nevermind the fact that I've lived inside my own body for 34 years. I will not be back.
