very efficient in calling in my meds

I wasn't seen until and hour after my appointment but from what I could tell that was because of other patients arriving late for their appointments which got things backed up. I found out from the nurse when I was getting blood pressure and weight taken that I couldn't get my pap because it was a month shy of the three years from the last one so insurance might not cover it. The call center should've told this when scheduling but that isn't the fault of the nurses and doctors. My experience with Dr. Solomon was awesome. He apologized for the wait and took his time talking with me and fully explaining various options. The call center for this practice drives me crazy as it did through my pregnancies but I keep coming back because of Dr. Solomon. He makes it worth the hassle.
