The appointment was on time and the staff and doctor were all very responsible with the new COVID guidelines. Overall a good experience as usual.

your group was very polite. however, I come from a different state where I was not only given the opportunity to choose my doctor but my doctor would deliver my baby. I do not agree with how things are done up here where you only get whomever is on call. I'm not a charity case who is going to just show up without any prenatal care. how is a provider supposed to know anything about my body and my baby with one visit?

I was erronously scheduled to visit a provider who was only doing televisits from home that day, but Dr. Solomon was asked to give me a wellness visit and he agreed. I had to wait a few minutes for him to fit me into his schedule but he was very caring and courteous.

Overall, it was a good experience. The email I received prior to the appointment instructed me to wait in my car. I would receive a phone call to know when to enter the hospital. I arrived on time and waited 10 min before calling the office. I was on hold for 5 min and then received a calling telling me to enter. Upon entering, I signed in with the receptionist and told her I had an appointment and that I entered when I received the phone call, since by then I was 15 minutes late. She said that I should have 'just come in when [I] got there'. I mentioned to the nurse when I went back why I was late and she was a lot more receptive. She reassured me that other patients had received the same instruction and there office was aware of the misunderstanding. Also, the nurse that drew my blood was so sweet and made me feel very comfortable the whole time.
