Dr. Solomon has terrible bedside manner. He was rude and condescending. I will not be scheduling an appointment with him in the future.

I was disappointed in my first visit back to the Pasadena office. An incident occurred where one of the receptionists at the front desk, requested to see my drivers' license. When she received my driver's license she made a comment that my picture did not look like me-hence why she was asking for identification. Number 1 that is was very unappropriate to make a comment about my 'driver's license picture not looking like me.' Number 2, I had a mask and face shield so I don't how she would have figured out if my picture matched my face to begin with. The problem wasn't that she asked for the ID. The problem was that she asked for the ID because she did not believe that my picture on my driver's license was me. She even felt the need to apologize after asking. As I was waiting in the waiting room, I observed several patients coming in and out and ID's were not requested-even at the expense of those patients also having masks. Why was I singled out? I don't know the answer. I was disappointed with the comment and I felt that I was being treated unfairly. If the common practice is ask for ID and Insurance card than be consistent. And if she had a question about my identity, my Driver's License ID should have been honored. Her making a comment about my picture on my ID looking nothing like me was not Acceptable. Highly insensitive!

good visit overall, but doctor said he would write a prescription for a 30 day supply of current blood pressure medicine and did not
