This was my first Bentley service visit. The service manager, Susanne Knorzer, was very knowledgeable and friendly in answering all of my questions and getting my appointment set up. She also met me personally as I was checking in, adding to the value I felt as a customer. Amber Fontaine, the service representative who checked me in, was very efficient and friendly in both the check-in and check-out process. The work done to my car was above par in all aspects and everything functions as it should. Besides having a great car that I enjoy driving, these people seal the deal on the enjoyable Bentley experience to me.
