Unfortunately I was at the dealership to return the car due to a unresolved electrical issue. On April,30th Saturday my car stopped running and left my son and I stranded in the middle of a busy intersection at Powers Ferry in a serious safety scenario. We sat in this intersection for 5 hours and finally contacted a tow service myself. In addition had to contact Carsen that Saturday evening to get the car into neutral as the parking brake locked up with the top down and rain on the way( this is the short story). We exchanged the GT convertible for the same year hardtop coupe, not happy to have gone from $41k balance at a 4.4 interest rate to a $58k balance with a 8.09 interest rate for a car not if my style/color and choice. Carsen seemed genuinely interested in my debacle and if it wasn’t for him I may have gone Back to Mercedes. Owned 4 Mercedes and never had a issue we’re my sons safety was jeopardized. I was never shown any empathy or remorse by the manager of this world class Bentley brand dealership. The breakdown occurred April,30th and had to pay $698. to get my car back. The exchange for the car took place on August,12. I Thank Carsen for his excellent customer service. I am waiting to get my Convertible GT once the dealership has a replacement. Barker

David OConnor did an excellent job. I was not expecting the car to be covered with a big red bow and revealed in such a production. It was a nice touch. Stasha was great to work with to finalize the finance options.
