My service contact, Suzanne Knorzer, was very professional and accommodating. My appointment was scheduled for 08:00 and she was there to greet me upon my arrival. Suzanne checked me in, set me up with a loaner, and advised me my loaner vehicle would arrive in about 10-15 minutes. However, as I sat in the waiting area for my loaner vehicle to arrive, two men who seemingly are employees walked in and did not greet me at all, but there was a lady who worked in the parts area who did greet me. Let me make it clear there was no doubt in my mind the men saw me there as they went to their offices. As I continued to wait, I decided to see if contact would be made as they walked about the showroom and office area, but there was none. I want to make this clear. I am not a person who needs attention, but I would expect the highest level of professionalism at such a prestigious business by simply being cordial. Those gentleman didn’t know if I was interested in a vehicle because they didn’t bother to speak or to inquire if I needed assistance. I didn’t bother to get names so if this is addressed, it can be done broadly so all employees might benefit. If I had not experienced that, my rating would have been 5 stars.
