Despite of my repeated requests, emails. N inquiries and Charles Hurst agreed not to deduct £30 , they sent me a refund after deduction of £30.I would be a better to pay u £315 service charges invoice rather than keep in my account wd U.Very disappointed, angry n frustrated fr my Hard Earned Money.When u offered me ths Emack plan, Charles Hurst said that this will ease my burden ,rather than paying a big chunk of money in one go
