Over 2 hours for a oil change.No communication what was taking so long.Staff is not friendly and knowledgeable.Not friendly or knowledgeable.Tried to make me look dumb and he wasn’t that smart.There is something sticky on left rear door outside.Someone messed up all interior settings.I may not go back.A good car doesn’t need another appointment at a good shop.Not sure I will go back.Staff not friendly and not helpfulStaff was not mechanical educated.Tried to make me feel dumb and I knew more than they did.

He did very good with me the technology was very hard for me I wasn’t born with it, but when he called me he said I could come back any time n he would help me n go over things againRodney answered all my questions. And got a good deal

Had my car for service to perform 4 wheel alignment and to fix mirror motor control relay. All services were performed well and timely. I was told that my car definitely needed alignment/adjustments and now is back to normal.
