Very friendly, always has time to answer any questions, explains in detail everything completed with my appointment, everytime I visit the service department when I leave I feel like no one could have taken care of me better than (MY) Bergstrom Mitsubishi service department, especially Chris DuVernay (he always makes time for me, (Chris goes above and beyond to make sure I understand and that I am more than satisfied). So thankful to have Chris as my service advisor!
