I would have liked to see additional rebates and financing options directly from the manufacturer. While the current offer was acceptable, more incentives would have made it a stronger deal.

They diagnosed my concern properly and promptly, ordered the needed parts and called me when it arrived and was able to schedule my next appointment with them. Chris was there and heard my concerns and acted fast to solve all of it. Also, I saw the tech (kou) who checked the underneath parts of my car for possible damages (which I didn’t expect) especially with the weather that we have in Wisconsin. Keep it up!My experience there last visit was awesome!

Scheduling is overall easy, but the main telephone tree/operator system that is set up makes it hard to speak directly to service desk/technician to explain and diagnose problem.The refreshment selection is the smallest I’ve dealt with at any dealership I’ve been to. No soda options for drinks and no snacks so if you are stuck there for an extended time, there are limited options.Problem still persistentStill have same issue after brought invoice for the same problem.Again the staff is friendly it was just a shame they could not solve the issue with my vehicle.The staff is friendly but unfortunately they could not solve the problem with my vehicle

Everything from start to finish was great!!Our sales advisor, Lucas, was amazing! He was the best with knowledge, patience, and genuine care that we have ever experienced in our many business transactions.
