Came in for quick oil change. Everything went as smooth, my car got inspected as well and technician gave some other recommendations for my next visit. Service advisor Chris is awesome and always pleasant to work with. Explains everything really well and usually answers all of my questions

I dont like that there wasn't some negotiation. Mad city had o e a bit less in price but I dont like their ethics and lack ofI had an amazing stress free and even fun sales experience. Nothing like i am used to with Madison dealershipsNo pressure. No hassle done mostly on line so it was quick easy and convenient

Scheduling was no problemMix in a carwash, Billion dollar complex (all of the showrooms) and you don't have a carwash? If there is one, every car in for service (if purchased from a Bergstrom) should be washed as a loyalty benefit. No matter what the weather.$600 for a battery and a belt. There is not one of you that would pay that.Its winter the car was dirty. For $600 it would of been nice to at least wash the car.How about you quit price gouging for service.(There is such a thing as integrity), it takes the Bergstrom name down a notch.I did look at a New car while I was there and I'm very Leary of giving Bergstrom any more of my business. I've been told by another dealer I've contacted they'll beat Bergstroms no haggle price easily on the same vehicle. I know you hear it all the time, and you react to it maybe try being proactive and WOW people with prices instead of SHOCK them.I won't schedule any service there. You would think Bergstrom would treat LOYAL customers better (8 New cars over the years)My wife had to go inside and find someone to open the garage door.price gouging gives you a bad reputation

The online version showed no available appointments for any month. It appears the website needs updating. So I had to wait for time to call in and make an appointment.

My forward crash sensor is messed up and I forgot to mention it. I found it odd it wasn't brought up to be fix since it comes on when you begin to drive the car.I do not remember the service advisors name, but he does a fantastic job!
