Just moved to WI and this was my first experience at a dealer to get my car serviced, Chris our advisor treated us very good, treated me like I was a VIP and gave me an experienced I will always remember and something I will tell people about! Thank you Chris!!!Our Advisor was very nice and told us every thing we needed to know and was always giving me updates

This is no reflection on Bergstrom but rather that my car's touch screen has stopped working and it will take 6-8 months for a new core to be delivered and installed in my car. This is more a reflection on Mitsubishi.professional friendly staff

Everything went very well. Enjoyed the free beverages and the tv to watch while waiting for. Adviser was very helpful.Everyone was very friendly and explained everything so I could understand.

I had an appointment and they didn’t get my Mitsubishi in until an hour after my scheduled appointment. Plus a 5 minute repair took over an hour to complete.I don’t care for people trying to sell me services that are not needed. I just had my Mitsubishi fully serviced and then Bergstrom wanted to service it again. All they had to do is look at the oil change sticker to see that the oil was recently changed.
