I was treated with respect. Everything was fully explained but I did not feel spoken down to at all. Chris DuVernay did an awesome job. I was pleased to be told that I did not need new wiper blades when ai thought I did.

He was pushy to add unnecessary work.

Every time I question him on something, he commented back to me like I was a stupid dumb blonde. Even telling me the car was washed. I think I know when my car is washed or not. I didn’t wanna argue with him so I just left.Did not listen to what I was sayingWas way more then quoted

Rodney was very busy with numerous customers, but I was amazed at how he was able to make sure that each customer received his full attention. I also appreciated the upfront honesty that he was very busy and he apologized numerous times which was not necessary, but greatly appreciated! Nick in finance was phenomenal, very personable and informative. Overall 5 stars!No pressure sales and the entire staff demonstrate authenticity which is rare to find across the board.
