Always great service

The lady who scheduled it didn’t know the schedule for sales dept that doing my appraisal. I informed her that I would like oil change, recall update, and appraisal all done in one appointment.Overall I’m happy with the service.Most of the time I’m happy with the service.Sometimes they’re not consistent with the car wash (sometimes I get one, sometimes I don’t)I had to ask the service advisor to apply the appraisal giftcard to the service charges.

I just wish It was in Green Bay.I just don't like a large dealership.

The wait time wasn’t too bad because there was also a recall they had to address. The waiting area was comfortable and I was very impressed by the cleanliness of both the waiting area and the bathroom.Fast friendly service
