Nothing because I still have 3 units size 10x20 and one more 10x15Sold items and I now have an apartment. Laura is amazing, professional, kind and knowledgeable about her job. I have enjoyed storing my personal and business items at Austin Bergstrom.For years I have as many as 9+ storage units. I have been able to to downsize. Cheryl, Mike and Laura have been absolutely amazing

Nothing could have encouraged me to stay longer as I was moving out of the area. However, upon move-out, I discovered a bunch of rat poop at the back of my unit. The same day I was moving out, the person who was renting next to me said that there was a rat problem that had been going on for several months. NO ONE NOTIFIED ME ABOUT THE RATS. And to my knowledge, I paid extra to have pest control.I initially rented at this facility because of its proximity and because it was nice, clean, and safe. But to find out that RATS had been running through my things, and that NO ONE cared to notify the tenants, is completely unacceptable. I hope the rat problem is addressed, and I hope going forward that you all do better about taking care of the facility and people's property. Tenants pay a hefty penny to rent here, so please treat it as such.Moved out of the area.
