Not change rates so often and making it more expensive. I feel like the customer should not have their rates changed- what it was when signing up is the cost until moving out. There was also lots of mice activity in my unit- ruining clothing and craft supplies I had stored.Cost

I think an after hours security person that patrols the lot. I’ve been there right at 6am and was the first to enter and there was plenty of other people in there walking around. Didn’t feel save. I’ve been stolen from on 2 different occasions.Finally moved to a place where I have room to store my camper

One increase per year is too much. Bergstrom storage is taking out there financial issues with their customers, not a good practice.So many rate increases over a 2 year span.
