Discounting my storage when I’m showing you there is piss and pop in it from field mice. Other than just giving out sticky traps to hopefully catch something. I would go back but it wasn’t a total bad experience appreciate the 4 years I stayed.I couldn’t get the rat piss smell out of my storage. When moving out found so much rat poop made no sense.

I only wished that I had a paved storage area for my RV so it wasn’t as dusty after almost 4 months on the lot.Other than that, I was very happy with the location and service.The staff was extremely helpful in assisting with having my RV winterized while it was in TX and I was in NC. My unexpected health problem added to extreme winter weather was only adding stress to my unexpected condition. What a relief that you were willing and able to resolve a potentially disastrous and stressful situation!Thank you so much for going above and beyond in the customer service department!I live out of state and storing my RV was an unexpected and temporary necessity.

I really enjoyed my storage experience with Bergstrom.I no longer required storage.

No difference in service and only if we did not locate to a new home we would've retained storage.A new home has opened the opportunity to add on premise storage structures and most items we're home furniture that is now moved into a the new home.

We did not need to stay longer than two months because we were vacationing out of the country and we returned. We will use your facility again if we fly out of Austin for a prolonged period of time.Vehicle was in storage for two months while we were vacationing out of the country. We retrieved the vehicle and moved out of storage when we returned to Austin. We used your enclosed garage parking instead of airport public parking because your facility was much more secure. Thank you.
