Berkeley Central should be a community, it's one of the only buildings on the block, it's right by the BART, it has underground parking and a roof deck. Just because the building is full, it doesn't feel like a community, and it doesn't feel like luxury living. It's got that Luxury pricing but if you walk around the building and you'll realize it's not like that. The rich college kids leave their garbage on the ground in the garage. The hallways have garbage bags in them and smell like some unshowered residents. The mail room is all strewn about the lobby with all the Amazon packages that arrive every day. People don't even say hello to each other in the elevators, they let the elevator go and wait for the next one. I'd live here again if it was discounted but not at this rate.

workers seldom respond my email. except it's really hard to contact the office room, others are nice.

Only concern -- I called the off-hours phone #. this person did not know anything about Berkeley Central; said the Berkeley Central website is not read; said he would contact the main office -- he didn't.Frustrating providing this information to a 3rd party person which then isn't relayed to our office staff.

Great team, awesome facility! Manager and assistant manager are great helping people how much they can.

Na

Maintenance people are great!Residents are not as great, selfish rich kids do not make it feel like I live in a community.

I'm SATISFIED.

Maintenance was polite, friendly, efficient...I thanked him. He smiled and "Bob's your Uncle!" SATISFACTION

Do not use my name publicly. I am elderly, grumpy and very, VERY private.

When they repaired the toilet, they did not clean up after.
