Community is more than just having a few events and putting a flyer in the elevator. There are so many people of different backgrounds in this building but they're so different and from different generations that you have to bring them together in ways the both generations can understand. We clearly need support in the Electiric Vehicle department department, I suggested a text or Whatsapp group so we could maximize the time on the charger. Register the electric vehicles. Also if you're going to have people who don't shower living in proximity to me, you have to disinfect and make the halls smell better. Sorry to rat on Lou and Sherry but I don't want to live where it smells like pee for over 4 thousand dollars a month

Your staff is wonderful. Everyone is so nice here. If you could just improve the communication and practices around your electric charging station, I'd be a happy resident.

The maintenance team completed their tasks under difficult circumstances; encountering clogged pipes due to accumulative waist in the drainage System. I appreciated their dedicated work performance.
