Excellent swift service. Courteous mindful of my concerns.

This was a drive in due to front sensors being pushed into the bumper and constantly beeping. Tim was able to evaluate and take the vehicle in and repair immediately! Much appreciated to Bob and Tim for prompt service!The service department is very professional and knowledgeable. They provide quick and courteous service!

The times that I have used Bertera for service and the occasional recall the staff have been very efficient, ,quick, accommodating and friendly.Super friendly staff from sales to service.

Their service department is very accommodating to my vehicles maintenance. Also; the service writer there; Tim Lynch is excellent in getting the job done on my vehicle.

When you pay $750 for major service, they could have at least thrown in a car wash!Tell the sales person not to call people “buddy” when addressing and soliciting new car sales. Very disrespectful!

I was sent an offer for a free $50 gift certificate if I test drove a new Mitsubishi. So while my car was in for service. I tested a few 2025 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. I am considering buying a new car this year and since I like my outlander was considering another one among a few other brands. After the test drive I presented the sales associate the gift certificate and the steps he needed to take to get me my gift card redeemed He acted surprised and even questioned if I had the right dealership even though the dealerships name was printed right on the card. He said he would take care of it because the sales manager was out. Its been over a week and no word on my gift certificate however I did received another identical email with the same offer last week as if they had no idea I had tried to redeem the first offer. This doesn't inspire confidence in your sales staff or your dealership if you make promises you don't keep.

Of course I wanted more for my trade in.The purchase went amooth and all my questions were answered quickly.

It was a surprising better than expected experience going to a dealer. I will use them again.Honestly, I was surprised as I am a bit shy on dealers with pricing and service. Tim really accommodated a date request and the pricing was much better than I expected. I would definitely use them again and recommend them as well.
