When you pay $750 for major service, they could have at least thrown in a car wash!Tell the sales person not to call people “buddy” when addressing and soliciting new car sales. Very disrespectful!

I was sent an offer for a free $50 gift certificate if I test drove a new Mitsubishi. So while my car was in for service. I tested a few 2025 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. I am considering buying a new car this year and since I like my outlander was considering another one among a few other brands. After the test drive I presented the sales associate the gift certificate and the steps he needed to take to get me my gift card redeemed He acted surprised and even questioned if I had the right dealership even though the dealerships name was printed right on the card. He said he would take care of it because the sales manager was out. Its been over a week and no word on my gift certificate however I did received another identical email with the same offer last week as if they had no idea I had tried to redeem the first offer. This doesn't inspire confidence in your sales staff or your dealership if you make promises you don't keep.

It was a surprising better than expected experience going to a dealer. I will use them again.Honestly, I was surprised as I am a bit shy on dealers with pricing and service. Tim really accommodated a date request and the pricing was much better than I expected. I would definitely use them again and recommend them as well.
