I forgot the agents name but due to an accident on the highway I was stuck in traffic and he was very accommodating in staying a bit later than 5:00 pm if need be. I really appreciated that and told others how nice that was.Very professional.

West Springfield Mitsubishi is one of the best dealerships around and continues to provide excellent customer service.

Since there are no Mitsubishi dealerships in Hartford County it would br beneficial if there were loaner cars available for all day service.Service was excellent.
