The current management team (Taimy and Ricardo) and Abraham has been great. Also shoutout to Mariah. She was great too but left for another property. But Isaac ( thank goodness he’s not here anymore) was lazy and incompetent. And at one point, it was just him. The great things about the property is that it’s spacious, close to a lot of things, and pet friendly. The things that could be better is that the property is dated and the water is shut off every other week. Overall it was a great experience living in this community as dinks but realized it’s too difficult living here with a baby.

Loved living here! relaxing environment, quiet neighborhood, dog friendly and nice facilities. For me is walking distance from work which is a big plus! I would def recommend to anyone moving to west Hollywood!

I wanted to say that Abraham out Matinence person is really good . He is thorough, polite and never leaves a mess.

Management needs to be more proactive and helpful. Pool is very often dirty. Rent should match current market rates to encourage renewal, not be increased at every lease renewal.

The maintenance gentleman Ibrahim needs a raise. The man is efficient , polite and always reliable

Taimy in the leasing office is absolutely amazing. I love this community and apartment, but for several reasons it just makes more sense for me to move to Marina Del Rey.

Fire alarm started to beep and was taken care of very quickly by the maintenance staff as usual. Good job!
