I had a very disappointing experience with the smoke alarm maintenance service. I reported a constantly beeping smoke alarm and was told it was not an emergency, even though it made staying in my home extremely difficult. I had to go out and buy batteries myself and change them, but the alarm continued beeping. I eventually had to leave my home and stay elsewhere overnight because the noise was unbearable.Even after explaining the situation, no one was sent to fix it that day. I was told I had to wait until Monday, which is unacceptable for something related to safety and livability. Overall, this was a very frustrating and stressful experience with poor support and slow response. Definitely not what I would expect from responsible building management.

I had some repairs done in my apartment and Abraham who takes care maintenance came to my apartment when I was home he told me what he needed to do he was very good he as always respects my apartment. He was very efficient and left the areas that he worked on spotless.

Maintenance request addressed in a timely manner. I also appreciate how Abraham shows and explains to me what he’s doing and why. He’s also extremely professional and mindful of surroundings and safety at all times.

The ice maker in the freezer ham a vinyl bag tangled and was not working. The maintenance staff replaced it immediately. Very responsive job!
