The car has a scratch near the gas door. They told me they are going to fix it. Im waiting to set up an appointment to bring the car so they can fix that scratch.Clear information on the website should be available for people that research well so when we go to the dealership we don't get surprises and we are more happy with the decisions we made based on what we investigate before going to the dealership.Apart from that Im happy with the experience I changed from being a lifetime Toyota owner to Mistsubishi now. Seller was awesome. Offer of 0% interest was great.Discrepancy between website and dealership price was different so I ended up paying more than I thought. Still they try to meet my expectactions but it was not as expected originally.Me atenierin muy bie. Respondieron todas mis preguntas. Me dieron la mejor oferta. Salí con el carro que quería y trataron todo lo posible de ajustarse a mis necesidades.El trade in pay off fue conveniente asi pude intercambiar el carro que aun estaba pagando por uno nuevo. El carro que compre necesita un servicio y se comprometieron en arreglarlo en cuanto antes asi que ando en espera de eso. Gente amable y prfesional.Fui con un precio en mete porq el website me dio unos numeros de venta pero segun el dealer el website was not updated so no obtuve los numeros que originalmente me hicieron ir por el auto nuevo.

I had the front breaks done last visit. They are making noise but I was told my warranty is not active anymore due to mileage on car. They said it will cost $600 to fix. I looked Online and it seems like defective break clips are on my car and I was told it was probably that making the noise. It appears the clips are digging into the rotors and Mitsubishi came out with better clips but My breaks were done before they were available. Disappointing they don't stand by the product and have my break clips digging into my rotors. Beside that the car is good and Biggers Mitsubishi has a great service center.

Didn't have machine with coffee and teaIt's my third Mitsubishi car and I love it. Never had a problem. I use only shells gas. Besides regular maintenance 3 cars run beautiful.

NaOkCar sat for 15 minutes idle- had to cancel the. Ar wash. Because of thatBeen buying cars at dealership for 27 years. My parents have been buying cars from old owner for 45 years. The old Service director Keith would provide me with discounts on service. He treated me like family. Mike the new service director informed me that he can not honor the old service pricing that Keith gave me. Loyalty to the dealership means nothing. Mike informed me tbat he could do 10 percent off service e. While waiting for my car in the lobby, he told another customer he could give him 10 percent off his service e. So much for customer loyalty. . Another thing that upsets me is my sons mitsubishi had transmission issues. I called Mike and asked for help. He did nothing. Keith would have went above and beyond and I can guarantee he would have helped me. I do business with oeople that provide elevated levels of service. Getting g left high and dry with my son’s transmission and then paying more for service was the last straw. I’ll never return to BiggersCar sat idle for 15 minutes
