I did not receive printed out of multi point inspection. I have always received each time before with oil change.Should receive a Copy of multi inspection each time

We received a call around 1100 hrs to pick up my car. Because of work I didn’t get there until 2:00 pm approximately. We got there they said go to the cashier to take care of the bill , she will give you the keys. Cashier told us that she have to call us when the car is ready. So we seat for about half an hour, when Mike realize and said your car should be ready. Thank God he act otherwise we will be seating there who knows for how long ! Other than that everything is great !We good thanks !I know the Guys , Mike is like family to us!
