Previously stated, but they made process very easy. This is only my third new car I have bought/leased and it is first time I have not come home and second guess myself with my purchase.Customer service. Salesman knew vehicle well and were very straight forward in dealings. Not to slam dealership but I drive to Waukesha Wisconsin dealer to see vehicle; and salesman knew nothing about phev vehicle and dealership was terrible to deal with. If I had not been to buggers first, I never would have purchased vehicle. I only went to Waukesha because buggers didn't have my desired model in stock. But I still went back to buggers and ordered and waited for my vehicle.

I’m happy with the service that was administered at Biggers Mitsubishi. They were very professional and courteous .The service people were very helpful, courteous , and they changed the oil in a short time, they had me in and out in no time.

Good reception, keep appointment time as agreed on, they take time to listen to client, share findings on the vehicle and seek for advice on what the client wants to be done.It's a dependable company
