All was great and nothing to improve in my opinion. David Payne was very knowledgeable and friendly as well as finance manager Jim Casey. Thank you Biggers Mitsubishi for a great experience and I will look forward to doing business again in the near futureā¦Great friendly staff from cashier to our Sales person David Payne to finance Manager Jim Casey. Neat and clean place and waiting area is great and coffee was available.

Was told then since I have outstanding credit I will get good interest rate finance. 6.9% is not satisfactory for me. I will pay off the car next month when received the first bill.Waiting area need some updatesSince We were new to hybrid we will appreciate demo how to use for example charger .We were struggling in our garage with disconnecting from the car.We have no knowledge about the bottom inside the car.Seller wasn't pushing

We wanted a bit lower price $500 exact and we were declined. We understand that the car had a discount but a bit higher than what we requested. Overall I am very happy.We would kindly suggest to have snacks and refreshments as other dealers usually have for their customers.Very nice people. Love the car it is my 3rd Mitsubishi Outlander and second one purchased at Biggers
