Disappointed because for 6 8 months I have advised my car was stalling and jerking. I was advised nothing wrong.. obviously something is wrong. No answer.

I've been a loyal Mitsubishi customer for over 20 years.And I've had a relationship with the service dept @ Biggers Mitsu since my local Schaumburg Mitsu dealership closed. I have been very happy with the service team since then. And now I wanted to upgrade my drive to an Outlander. I worked with Darien Ivery who was very personable and knowledgeable about the Outlander and answered all my questions and walked me through the buying process which was very straightforward. Also allowed me to take a couple of Outlanders for test drives.Also worked with Jim the credit manager to close the deal. He also was personable and put me at ease during all the forms requiring my initials and signatures.OVERALL, I give Darien and Biggers Mitsubishi an 11 out of 10. And look forward to working with them in the future.
